Mill Creek is a 19-mile long tributary of Lake Erie that flows from the township of Millcreek, through the city of Erie, and then eventually into Presque Isle Bay. Groundwork Erie is interested in learning more about the quality of the water, potential hotspots for contamination/pollution, and correlation between after storms and amount of pollutants. Groundwork Erie has ongoing research that will be answering these questions and providing better information about the quality of water that is being dumped into Lake Erie.
