Groundwork Erie, a 501(c)3 organization, develops programming focused on place-making, urban agriculture, and climate resilience.

In the Lake Erie Watershed, that means elevating those who are on the front lines of their neighborhoods directly into project planning and operational processes.

We are committed to:

• developing a youth corps, ages 14-18, focused on clearing, cleaning, and remediating vacant property, and place-making

• A ground corps, ages 18-24, focused on landscaping, remediating hazardous material, and building green infrastructure
